We are located at 2 Sound Road in Historic Wading River, New York diagonally across from the duck pond.

What are your hours?
Our Customer Service Hours are:

We are closed most Mondays.

Do you sell any prepared foods?
Yes. In addition to a wide selection of fresh fish, we offer daily seafood specials, hot soups, cooked-to-order seafood dishes from our onsite kitchen, grab and go, as well as frozen seafoods.

Can I order on your website for pickup?
Yes, Blue Water Fish currently offers fresh fish, daily seafood specials, hot soups, cooked-to-order seafood dishes from our onsite kitchen, grab and go, as well as frozen seafoods for pickup. You can also order in advance and enjoy your meal in our indoor or outdoor seating area. 

Does Blue Water Fish deliver?
Blue Water Fish does not offer delivery at this time.

How long will my order take?
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Most orders take us 20-30 minutes to prepare.

How do I place an order on your website?
Items can be placed in your shopping cart and purchased directly for pick up. Simply add your favorite items* to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process. Create an account for faster checkouts.

*PLEASE NOTE:  Any item that has to be weighed can be reserved by filling out our online order form or by calling 1-631-886-2715

Can I place an order on your website when your Wading River store is closed?
Yes. You can use our online order forms to reserve any item that is accessible when our Wading River fish market is closed. Accessible items include fresh fish sold by weight, holiday trays, special requests, and seafood salads sold by weight. We will process reservations in the order they were received. We will call you back to confirm your order and collect your payment information and schedule a convenient pickup time.

Do I need an account to place an order? 
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, does let you add Blue Water Fish favorites to your cart and checkout faster. 

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Orders placed and paid through our website for pickup are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, give us a call - we may be able to give you a credit to use at a future date.

I am looking for a specific product, but do not see it on your website. Can you get it for me?
If there is something special you are looking for, please call our customer service team at 1-631-886-2715. If it swims and is in season, we will get it for you!

Why are some products not available at times?
The premium fish we sell in our seafood market is the freshest and highest quality we can source. As such, we routinely sell out popular items every day. We recommend that you get your orders in early in the day or reserve them the day before you need them.

Occasionally, weather related issues prevent boats from going out, logistics issues prevent fresh fish from arriving to the market as originally scheduled, and we also do not accept seafood that does not meet our standards. Is your fish wild or farmed?
Blue Water sources the best and freshest fish in the world. The majority of the fish we sell is wild caught and chemical free. Please visit us and experience the difference.
